We were hired to execute a sales and service model that delivered new clients as well as growth from existing clients.
We loved working on this project! Our client had a differentiated product in the ad tech space but was challenged with new sales.
The Resonance was hired because of our demonstrated success working with companies in highly competitive and dynamic industries.
Our biggest priority was to focus the agency on an ICP and align resources to deliver. We rolled our sleeves up and led from the front. Our team designed our client's sales and service playbook, which included org structure, pricing & packaging, as well as tooling. From there, we led the implementation to gain traction, while we hired an in-house team to carry the plans forward.
Our client celebrated 76% YOY revenue growth, along with growth to their bottom line...a first in 4 years for this org (during a pandemic too).
